I had a bad experience with the driver. To me, they came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the whole ride uncomfortable. Maybe they were having a rough day, but as a customer, it didn’t feel acceptable. I wouldn’t choose to use them again.

The driver showed up on time for our airport pickup and got us where we needed to go, so no real complaints there. I think we may have just booked at a bad time or caught them when things were busy, because the confirmation process felt a bit unclear and I had to follow up to make sure everything was set. Overall, it was reliable enough, just not the smoothest experience from start to finish.

I booked with Jewels Airport Transfers and the ride itself was fine, the driver was polite and everything went smoothly.
